คอนโด Noble Revo Silom ตั้งอยู่บนถนนสุรศักดิ์ ใกล้กับถนนสาทร เดินทางไป BTS สถานีสุรศักดิ์ก็แค่ 200 เมตรเท่านั้นเอง จัดว่าเป็นคอนโดที่ location ดีมากๆ อยู่ใกล้โรงเรียนกรุงเทพคริสเตียน อยู่ใกล้โรงพยาบาลเลิดสิน ด้านหน้าคอนโดมี 7-11 อยู่ใกล้ๆ ถ้าจะหาร้านอาหาร street food ดีๆก็เดินไป 100-200 เมตรเข้าไปที่บางรัก (ของกินดีๆอร่อยๆทั้งโจ๊ก ข้าวขาหมู ข้าวหน้าเป็ด) โดยสรุปก็คือ ทำเลเลิศสุดๆ อยู่แล้วสบาย ส่วนการขับรถก็ขับไปมาได้หลายทาง จะเข้าสาทร ขึ้นทางด่วน ไปสีลม ไปได้หมด สบายจริงๆครับ

จุดเด่นของห้องนี้ ทำไมควรจะซื้อห้องนี้ ?
ห้องนี้เป็นห้องแบบ 33 ตร.ม. ขนาดกำลังดี จุดเด่น หน้าต่างห้องเป็นกระจกบานเลื่อนขนาดใหญ่สูงเต็มจากพื้นถึงฝ่า ทำให้ได้วิวเมือง วิวทางด่วนสวยสุดๆครับ ห้องผมอยู่ชั้น 16 สูงกำลังดี และผมเลือกให้หัวเตียงหันไปทางทิศตะวันออกแล้ว ส่วนการตกแต่งภายในห้องก็เป็นแนว classic ดูสบายตา ห้องนอน ได้เตียง king size ห้อง living ก็ได้ sofa กว้างสุดๆ ระยะห่างจาก TV เยอะ ผมว่า TV แบบ 65 นิ้วเอาไว้ได้เลยครับ
ผมมองว่า ด้วยคอนโดที่อยู่ทำเลดีขนาดนี้ ขายในราคาที่ make sense มากๆ ถือว่าคุ้มค่าการอยู่อาศัยจริงๆครับ จะไปเทียบกับคอนโดอื่นๆบนถนนสาทร ก็มีราคาเริ่มต้นที่เป็น 10 ล้านบาทแล้ว และห้องที่นี่ปล่อยเช่าง่ายมากๆครับ ผมปล่อยเช่าได้ตลอดๆ โดยผู้เช่าก็มีทั้งคุณหมอ/expat ซึ่งแต่ละคนที่อยู่แล้วก็ชอบทั้งห้อง ชอบทั้งทำเลนะครับ เพราะใช้ชีวิตได้สะดวกจริงๆ เดินไปไหนมาไหนก็ง่าย มีของกินราคาไม่แพง แต่คุณภาพดีอยู่ใกล้ๆ

ห้องนี้เหมาะกับใคร ?
ผมว่าห้องนี้เหมาะกับหลายคนเลยครับ ทั้งผู้ปกครองที่จะส่งลูกมาเรียนที่กรุงเทพคริสเตียนผมว่าดีนะ ซื้อทีเดียวได้ใช้งานไปอีกเป็น 12 ปีเลย (อย่างตึกนี้ น้องๆนักเรียน กท. เยอะมากๆ ตอนเช้า กับ ตอนเย็น คือ เดินสวนกันไปกันมาเลยครับ) หรือจะเป็นคุณหมอ ก็ซื้อที่นี่อยู่กันเยอะนะ ใกล้โรงพยาบาล หรือคนซื้อจะเป็นนักลงทุน เอาห้องมาใช้ปล่อยเช่าก็ได้ครับ เพราะตลอดที่ผมถือห้องนี้ประมาณ 4 ปีก็มีคนเช่าห้องตลอด แทบจะไม่เคยว่างเลย เป็น location ที่ทั้งคนไทย และคนต่างชาติ ก็หาเช่าครับ ส่วนเรื่องราคา ผมมองว่า ห้องแบบนี้ ราคาแบบนี้ ไม่ได้แพงแล้วนะครับ ถ้าคุณลองเทียบกับโครงการใกล้เคียงบนถนนสาทร ส่วนใหญ่จะมาห้องใหญ่ๆ ราคาต่อตารางเมตรสูงๆ ทำให้ pack ราคาห้องมันพุ่งไปแตะที่ สิบล้านทั้งนั้นเลย ในขณะที่ห้องนี้ขนาด 33 ตร.ม. ก็เป็นขนาดที่อยู่ได้สบายๆ ส่วนกลางที่ให้มาก็พอดีๆ ใช้งานได้ครบสมบูรณ์ ดูแลรักษาง่าย ในระยะค่าดูแลก็ไม่สูง ที่จอดรถก็มีพอเพียง (ตอนนี้คนอยู่กันเยอะแล้ว ที่จอดรถก็ไม่เคยเต็มครับ) จัดว่าเป็นทางเลือกของคนที่อยากมีคอนโดในโซนสาทร สีลม ในราคาที่จับต้องได้ และที่สำคัญใกล้กับ BTS ระดับ 200 เมตร คือเดินนิดเดียวก็ถึงแล้วครับ
