Pet is allowed
The breed of dog should be no heavier than 15 kg and no more than 2 pets per apartment is permitted.

Disinfect Charge:
Period of stay: 1 year and above
Disinfect charge at 5,000 Baht net per pet per month.
Pet Deposit:
Deposit of each pet at 25,000 Baht is also required to cover any damages inside the apartment caused by the pet. The deposit is refundable if there are no charges.
