Avenue 61 is quite a premium sort of development, though by no means 5 star. Set a few hundred meters down Sukhumvit 61, it retains a nice level of peace and quiet, while being still conveniently close to the BTS at Ekamai, as well as that array of shops in the mall next door as well as gateway mall opposite.

As you can see, it has a western style kitchen for you along with a built in oven, which is not so common in the Bangkok rental market. This particular unit is on a very low floor and looks out on to the swimming pool. It features a lot of wood effect furniture and floors as you can see in the pictures.

Good sized living room and 2 double bedrooms along with two bathrooms, nice size balcony looking directly out onto the swimming pool. Very nice place to live, a real ‘Avenue’ style street in the heart of this monstrous city.
